Stuhlmuller Cabernet Sauvignon Estate 2014
This alluring Cab is packed with intense black fruit, spice, and creamy oak. Inky purple in the glass, it offers sumptuous aromas of black cherry, currant, pepper, and sage. The big, bold flavors inherent to Cabernet are on display, showcasing crème de cassis, Marachino cherry and hints of new leather, cedar, and baking spices. A well-integrated, supple structure suggests it will cellar nicely for another 5 years, but it is drop-dead gorgeous now.
