Purple Hands Pinot Noir Stoller 2012
This ethereal Pinot from Oregon’s Dundee Hills region is densely packed with candied cherries, raspberry, and hints of cola and spice. Layers of red and black fruit slowly reveal themselves in the glass and the silky tannins support this complex wine from start to finish. This drinks like a $70 Pinot at less than half the price. While it is gorgeous out of the gate, the constant evolution in the glass suggests that it will hit its peak in another 4-5 years.
