Olivet Lane Pinot Noir RRV Estate 2013
The 2013 offers up a showy bouquet resplendent with plums, fresh cherries, spice and rose petals. Displaying deft balance between the powerful fruit and expressive sense of place, there are layers of pomegranate and black cherries on a core of allspice and minerality. This stunner drinks exceptionally well now and will continue to offer pleasure for up to another 10 years.
Pellegrini Winery
The Pellegrini Family traces its heritage in winemaking to the early 1900s when brothers Nello and Gino Pellegrini arrived in New York City from their native Tuscany. They soon made their way to the West Coast and in 1925 became Sonoma County grape merchants, shipping grapes throughout the U.S. for home winemaking.
