Opens with a vibrant nose of yellow apple, lemon zest, shiso leaf, and warm spices, layered with hints of nuttiness and black pepper. The palate is textured but not overly creamy.  Baked lemon custard with graham cracker crust, brightened by lime zest and a touch of green apple. It’s mouth-filling yet zippy, with a savory edge and a clean, refreshing finish. Well-built and impressively expressive for the price, it’s easy to drink but far from simple.
