Domaine de la Mordoree CdP Reine des Bois 2020
This new arrival is truly rock-star material overflowing with magical red fruit and exotic spices including blackcurrants, chocolate dusted espresso beans, graphite and and savory herb notes. Mordorée’s 2019 Chateauneuf du Pape impresses with off-thecharts richness and depth on the palate, with layers of black and red fruits, truffle, garrigue, saddle leather. A seemingly eternal finish hints at the potential to age for many years but this mesmerizing new release is simply too delicious to resist today. Decant prior to 2025 and enjoy for at least a decade. – October 2022

Domaine de la Mordoree is a relatively recent property in Chateauneuf du Pape. It was
founded in 1986 by Fabrice Delmore and Christophe Delorme with a total of 5 hectares
of vines. By 1989, the industrious brothers managed to expand the holdings of Domaine
de la Mordoree to 60 hectares located in 8 different regions in the Southern Rhone
valley. Sadly, Christophe Delmore passed away in June 10, 2015. Fabrice Delmore
remains in charge of the domaine today.
