Another big winner (over-delivers!) from Napa’s celebrated 2021 vintage! We savored this sensational upcoming release and highly recommend for enjoyment – – with prime rib – – tonight (after decanting 30 minutes) and/or anytime over the next 7-8 years thanks to the silky smooth and rich texture which features grainy tannins, tangy baking spices (primarily thyme and tarragon), and a loooong finish. We were impressed by the dark fruit flavors including crushed blackcurrants, figs and hints of lavender, pipe tobacco, and then molten dark chocolate on the finish. Once again, this boutique-production winner reminds us of Cabernets that fetch $200+ per bottle. Enjoy through 2031. Bravo!
