Opening with a flamboyant nose and densely integrated flavors of cedar, cassis, black cherry and blackberry this wine ends with a hugely satisfying and powerful finish of coffee, caramel and dark chocolate. Already well aged this beauty will thrill tonight (after decanting ½ hour) but should age well for 3 – 5 years, peaking around 2012 in our estimate.
