Chateau Segla Margaux 2008

After almost one decade of library time, the gorgeous 2008 Ségla is just now hitting its stride, boasting complex and well integrated notes of sweet red and black fruits, briar, spice box, and a hint of dark chocolate. The complex perfume is followed by a ruby/plum-colored wine with beautifully sweet tannins, a silky, medium to full-bodied mouthfeel, and a memorable finish. This striking Margaux shows the pedigree worthy of the winery’s celebrated status and should drink well for another 5 – 7 years.
