Carte Blanche Chardonnay Sonoma Coast 2011
Consistently one of the finest Chardonnays produced from the Sonoma Coast, it packs in pure California fruit with Burgundy-like precision. Classic notes of peach, apricot, and citrus zest burst from the glass, leading to a palate that full and round showcasing a core of pear, meyer lemon, and custard. This will continue to please for the next 3-4 years.
Carte Blanche Winery
Nicolas Allen, together with winemaker Luc Morlet, is producing a consistently high-quality portfolio of wines from a range of sites in Northern California. The Cabernets are powerful Napa Valley creations while Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah are all produced from different locations throughout Sonoma.
