Arietta Cabernet Sauvignon Napa 2010
Incredible polish defines this landmark Napa Cabernet with high notes of dark red fruit, graphite, acacia, and winter spices cascading out of the glass. On the palate tight structure reveals beautiful notes of boysenberry, hints of blueberry, minerals, creamy vanilla oak and tobacco leaf. Mind blowing complexity holds it all together with a finish that goes on and on. Needs decanting for an hour if enjoying before 2014.
