The Napa Valley Register has reported that the 2014 BottleRock Festival in Napa has been a “redemption” after the “taint” of last year’s inaugural bow of the festival. This is great news for wine country music fans since the success seems to ensure the event will be held again in 2015.

A strange dimension to this year’s festival is that headliners The Cure and Heart both had their sets cut short due to curfew. As strange as it must have been to witness, though, this will likely prove to be a smart move on the part of BottleRock’s organizers who hoped to impress Napa officials with their organizational efforts.
