The rich ruby color is seductive. The nose boasts aromas of dried violets, dusty cocoa, and vanillin which leads to concentrated flavors of ripe dark fruit, bright berry and plum on the palate. It’s brightened by a lively acidity with a hint of cinnamon and notes of sweet cigar tobacco all toned by long smooth tannins.
